General Description
The Appeals Court is the one of the sources of appeal for Saudi citizens. it comprises three departments: the penal suits, the personal status suits, and all other types of suits. Cases handled in the Summary and the General courts can be appealed to the Appeals court.
Constitutional Framework
the Appeals Court is presided by the chief justice and a panel of several qadis (judges).
