International Formation & Construction (IFC Foundations) is a sponsored firm by ADCECO GROUP. IFC is a Gibralter based company, which was formd in 1987 from the restructed IFG International Foundation Group, which originally commenced work in U.A.E. In 1982 as a part of a modernization and expansion progra, modern drilling equipments were purchased and introduced into the local market. The range of equipment includes for different piling systems to cover a wide range of applicantions i.e. ground anchors Micro piles, Large diameter piles, dia 450mm to 1500mm installed using temporary or permanent by mean of Steel H-beams (Berling Wall Systems) or Steel piles. All large bore pile length and other parameters, the Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) progress is fully computerized and comply with B.S. and DIN Standards and also ISO 9000.
During the period 1982 to 1996 over 1250 projects were successfully completed under the supervision and approval of all local regulatory authoriteis i.e. Department, ADMA-OPCO, GASCO and ADGAS.
One of the most recent project undertaken by IFC foundations was installation of 3000 piles for the New Centeral Market building in Abu Dhabi, the client was Town Planning Department and the piling was completed in 78 days.
