The main functions of this section are compilation and control on the Central Bank annual budget, processing of payments concerning Central Bank’s administrative expenses, data entry and checking of all transactions relating to them and dispatch of all related payments via bank accounts and cheques. Reconciliation of the Bank’s Nostro and Security Custody accounts, Dispatch of bank’s advices, confirmations, statements to banks, governments etc. participate in various committees of the bank viz., Budget, Purchase, Inventory etc. This section also handles the stationery store of the Bank.
