Program Objectives: To provide the country with graduates who know how to assess nutritive and sensory properties of foods, develop, produce, and market convenient quality foods for the UAE and international markets, and to develop and implement food security and food safety policies. The program emphasizes food processing, storage and quality assessment, and practices to assure the safety of processed and stored foods.
