Objectives
Currency in the knowledge of the field and relevance to real-life situations underlie the degree programs that the College of Business Administration offers. This will allow students to:
Understand the concepts and theories in the many functional areas of business in a variety of organizational settings;
Think across areas of specialization, integrate ideas and knowledge from broader academic disciplines, and learn to make decisions in an environment of uncertainty and incomplete information;
Develop a global perspective and understand the implications of doing business and operating in a dynamic and ever-changing world;
Inculcate work ethics and develop a strong sense of social responsibility;
Apply Islamic values and cultural elements of the UAE in business and management contexts;
Initiate and promote multidisciplinary research and consultancy to help with development of the local business community through work-based projects and internship;
Be prepared graduate / professional studies.
