The mission of the Department of Public Administration is to provide students with the theoretical tools for the conceptualization and analysis of public fields of management and finance. It seeks to equip students with the necessary methods for studying the evolution and development of the management of the public sector and public policies.
The objectives of the Department of Public Administration are:
To provide academic programs leading to the Bachelor of Science degree in public administration, and prepare students for careers in the public sector and government organizations.
To conduct research in the general area of public administration for the advancement of the field and to contribute towards improvement of the management of the public sector and government organizations.
To serve the community by offering professional training for practitioners and others.
To provide consultancy to public sector organizations and organize other needed programs.
