General Description
SFC is a centralized estate services company, which provides support and maintenance services for the shared facilities at the Taweelah site. At Taweelah there are three separate and independent power companies: Taweelah Power Company, Emirates-CMS Power Company, and Gulf Total-Tractabel Power Company. They all use common roads, street lighting, fire protection, seawater intake, etc.

Constitutional Framework
Ownership of the SFC is less than 100% vested in the Government of Abu Dhabi. Administration and management of the company falls within the ADWEA Group of Companies umbrella.
