Administrative Development Section:
- Conducts administrative and systems studies aimed at developing systems and procedures, improving service efficiency, increasing revenues and reducing expenditure;
- Provides advice and consultancy services on administrative development issues.
- Reviews terms of reference for consultancy services proposed by requesting Departments and
ensures that the tasks defined in the TOR result in positive output and improved services.
