General Description
To request a lease on industrial land, the party involved should inquire on it′s status in Dubai Municipality. After selecting the land and it′s location and issuing the plan from the Municipality, the complete contracting with the tenant is done according to the size of the land and it′s location, and after that the square foot (sqf) value is specified. Also there is a (6 months) ("forgiveness" omit if not necessary) period without rent for each new land.
