TThe Administrative Body is run by the Director General as per the instructions of the board and in accordance with the powers delecated by the board. The Director General is assisted by the Deputy Director General and the staff of the variouse departments. Duties of the administrative body include the following:
.Simplifying the procedure and ensuring the smooth flow of data connected with the commercial, industrial and agricultural activities as well as the investment field. The purpose is to acertain that the chamber′s objectives in rendering efficient services to it members is achieved.
.Strengthening ties with the similar bodies on the local and federal levels.
.In the light of the UAE policies and as per the instruction of the board, co-ordinating and co-operating with the regional, Arab and International organizations through joint meetings and bilateral agreements.
Dedicating the human and financial resources for the implementation of the Chamber′s policies and realisation of its objectives.
Safeguarding the rights of the chamber in dealings with other parties whether they be contracts, agreements or otherwise.
Maintaining excellent communication channels with the chamber members and advising new members on steps to be taken for completing their registration formalities.
Issuing membership certificates, certificates of origin, renewal of trade licence, approval of signatures and partnership contracts.
