The company was first established in 1937. The company has three plants working in non ferrous products field with 30000 tons annual production. The company′s products are well known for their variety and quality. The company′s activity covers a wide range as well as great variety of non ferrous products which make it one of the largest companies working in this field in Egypt. GEMET owns the only plant for for production of evaporators for refrigerators in the Middle East area with capacity of three quarter million pieces per year. All products are produced accorfing to ASTM, DIN, BS and Egyptian standards or customer′s specifications. Quality and customer′s satisfaction are the main target of the company′s policy. The company pays very much attention for improving and developing its quality system to achieve that goal, that is why GEMET′s products have remarkable potential as a feeding industry for engineering, electrical and chemical industrial fields, Locally and also internationaly, That′s why its products are exported to many countries all over Europe, Asia, and Africa.
