The Company was established in 1951
The Company established its first branch in the State of Kuwait in 1958, where sighs of a great economic revival started looming in the horizon. The trial was very successful, and this encouraged the Company to establish new branches for itself in Libya, Lebanon, and Sudan. In 1964, its activity extended to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in 1968 the company started business in the United Arab Emirates. The Company is still operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through three branches, and the United Arab Emirates through three branches as well.

the Company’s capital was raised to 10 Million Jordan Dinars, the level of amounts invested in real properties, stocks, bonds, and loans which totaled JD 12,950,827, the dividends distributed to shareholders until 31.12.1999 they were J.D. 16,251,833.
