Rendering professional technical services, to local industry and other important sectors of the national economy.
Offering professional training to help disseminate technological know- how to a wider sector of the local technical work force.
The ESTC has started its activities in 1981 as successor of the1970 established Electronic Department (ED), which was mainly involved with electronic designs. The ESTC, since the early eighties, has given special attention to activities that promote local industrial development and serve important sectors of the national economy
