It is an establishment of general utility, and its purpose is to serve commercial and industrial benefits, defend, develop, and promote them. So, its administrative councils, since then, endeavored to support the industrial and commercial movement, and it has the outstanding role in establishing several successful services, industrial and commercial projects.
After the Law of Chambers of Commerce No. 131/ 1959 was issued, the Chamber has an outstanding role in the economical affairs, promoting, protecting, and directing trade, in addition to making fairs and trade markets and participating in the economical conferences.
After Investment Law No. 10/1991 was issued, Hama Chamber has established several successful services and industrial projects such as Al-Ahliah Co. for Transport , and Al-Ahliah Co. for Vegetable Oils. |
