As a corporate academic college in partnership with Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Dubai University College strives to be preeminent in providing the highest quality applied learning based on international academic standards, in addition to professional development services to the workforce in the private and public sectors.
Its mission is to:
∑ Prepare multi-skilled students who learn to apply (and value) their education to become capable future business leaders.
∑ Promote community-based research and consultancy that contribute directly to the economic growth and development in the UAE and respond to the needs of the market in the private and public sectors.
∑ Build on its relationship with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry for strengthening its linkage and services to the business community.

Mode of Election
The Rulerís Court of Dubai appoints the Board of Governors of the DCCI. While the Board of Trustees of Dubai University College is drawn from the DCCI Board of Governors, including His Excellency, the Director General of the DCCI. Its terms of reference are defined by the decree issued in January 2000.
Mode of Finance
Dubai University College receives its authority and funding support from the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI).
